I checked system operations, component amperages, capacitor ratings, refrigerant charge, temp split, cleanliness of the coils, checked the air filters and cleared the drain line. The drain line was clogged, cleared it, system was also 2lbs low on refrigerant. I topped off the unit and performed a leak search. I was unable to locate any refrigerant leaks at this time.

07/18/2025- I arrived on site to find the air handler breaker disconnect box brittle/melted due to a broken loose load terminal. I have replaced the breaker disconnect box with a non-fuse electrical pull out disconnect box. After installation of the new disconnect box I tested the unit and it came on without issue. I also tested all electrical components and confirmed that all components are working properly and within manufacture specifications. I have verified that this unit is functioning correctly and cooling properly at the time of service.

07/18/2025- I arrived on site and found the drain line clogged and the condensate pump full of sludge. I have cleared and treated both the condensate pump and line before verifying that the drainage system is working properly. I then tested the unit and confirmed that the unit is cooling properly now that the drain line is clear and draining properly. This unit is functioning properly at the time of service.

07/18/2025- I arrived on site to find only one system down, that being the customer’s zone system. The unit was down because of a clogged drain line tripping the electrical drain line safety switch. After I cleared and treated the drain line and cleaned and dried the electrical safety the unit came on without issue. I have verified that the drain line is draining properly and that the unit is cooling properly at the time of service. The customer has asked for the pricing of a maintenance plan for all 3 of his systems so I have discussed this with him and emailed home an estimate for both a silver and gold level plan.

07/17/2025- I arrived on site to find the contactor not functioning properly due to pitting. After I replaced the faulty contactor with truck stock I tested the unit and confirmed that it came on without issue. All electrical components are within spec and the unit is cooling properly with a 20F degree temperature split. I have confirmed that the unit is functioning properly at the time of service.
